  • Sift all dry ingredients.
  • add:

  • milk.
  • chives.
  • mix until flour forms a dough ball.
  • spoon drop into boiling salted water.
  • cook 12 minutes.
  • do not remove lid.
  • when done immediately.
  • remove from water.
  • brown butter in a seperate pan.
  • drizzle dumplings with browned butter.
  • serve immediately.
