- 6 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup margarine
directions
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon; add apples and toss to coat.
- Place in unbaked pie crust.
- Mix flour, sugars and margarine until crumbly.
- Sprinkle on top of pie.
- Bake at 400* for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350* and bake another 30-40 minutes.
