  1. This was easy to make and turned out good. All of our family members liked it. I had a little trouble converting from metric but it worked. The only substitution I made was to use sweet onion chopped finely because we didn't have any green onions.

  2. Very good and easy. Easy directions. Just a good ole fast comfort meal. I made with some cooked chicken i had in the freezer. My grandson loved it as well, his name is Dylan, one reason why I picked it for PAC Fall 2007.

Love to cook, but don't have much time with 2 rambunctious boys! (4 yr old & 8 yr old) Most of my time is spent working and playing with my boys. I spend time surfing the internet for recipes. My husband rolls his eyes at me when I tell him what I'm doing. (if you only knew how many binders I have with recipes I've found while surfing!!) :)
