  1. Spice roast however you like and cook in crockpot for 8 hours on low. Shred pork.
  2. Slice your hoagie rolls, lightly butter and toast cut sides. Build your sandwich with all ingredients. Melt a bit of butter in the pan, and toast sandwich with a weight on top (I used cast iron skillet with can on top) to press it down like a panini.
  3. Slice and enjoy!
