Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup dried hijiki seaweed
  • 12 cup red pepper (sliced or chopped)
  • 12 cup carrot (sliced or chopped)
  • 12 cup scallion (chopped)
  • 12 cup cucumber (slice or chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 12 cup tofu (cubed)

Directions

  1. umm it's a salad so put all ingredients in a giant bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and put the tofu in last (if you plan to use it).
  3. Add dressing of choice and toss.
  4. Bon Apetite!
