ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 lb extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
directions
- crumble and cook sausage drain and allow to cool a bit
- add cheese and bisquik
- form balls and bake on cookie sheet @ 350 til golden brown.
- *dont let the sausage get too cool as the cheese needs the warmth to stick with the rest of the ingredients.
