I am so glad I found this recipe! I am making this tonight and have made it two other times as well. I didn't realize I haden't reviewed it yet! It is a keeper! So fast and easy and the breadsticks are GOOD! I originally made it because I needed something fast to go with spaghetti. This is perfect! Thank you!

Made these this afternoon and they were wonderful. I can't believe that more haven't tried this. I used a large jelly roll pan and cut it lengthwise and then into smaller breadstick ended up with over 20, forgot to count. We tasted one each and then I froze the rest. Wonderful recipe! I also used my KitchenAid, it did all the work!

Wow! You weren't kidding when you said these are the "easiest breadsticks ever"! I made the dough in my kitchen aid mixer, which made it even easier. I've made these twice this month already! The second time I sprinkled parmesan cheese over the top before baking. This recipe makes alot! I used a large (professional baker size)jelly roll pan , cut it once down the middle length wise, and then probably about 10 times across ...so, I'd estimate I got about 40 nice size breadsticks about an inch to inch and a half thick. Sorry I don't know the exact amount...forgot to count them ;-) I will be making this one over and over again....love it! Oh....I just had a thought! You could probably spread this into the jelly roll pan and then just cut into 4ths or 6th, and slice in half after they are baked and use for sandwiches! Yummmmm. I am definitely going to try that! Thanks so much!
