Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Fix for One

"This peanut butter ball recipe was a product of my going off sugar for lent. It also has no powdered milk (I don't have powdered milk like everyone else calls for.) I'm staying off of any powdered, granulated, or substituted sweeteners. Honey is my only permissible sweetener and I needed something peanut buttery/ cookie-doughy so this is what I came up with. Enjoy! P.S. you can use generic peanut butter, but you will probably want to cut back on the honey."

  1. I'm not sure if I did something differently or maybe I just didn't like this treat as much as I thought I would, but this didn't turn out to be a favorite for me. I found it to be to chewy and dry, I also thought it could be a little sweeter. These could all just be personal taste issues though. Thanks for posting anyway! Made for PAC spring 09.

  2. What a good idea! I put mine in the freezer for a few minutes to firm up, and forgot it there overnight ! It was not too solid to eat, kind of chewy, and very delicious. I will keep this recipe onhand for quick cravings!
