Easiest Lasagna

"This is a truly simple lasagna recipe. The original recipe calls for 2lbs. of hamburger, 15oz Golden Grain marinara, and an entire box of noodles. I have always tried to tweak it just enough to make dinner for four. The secret is somewhere in the stand time, the longer the better for the noodles. This is an excellent make ahead and reheat dish. My husband says its even better the next day and I agree."

  1. I have been making lasagna this way for years and years. No one believes me when I say I don't cook my noodles first, until they try it! I will vary this recipe also by adding bulk sausage or mixing cottage cheese, 1 egg and riccotta cheese together. I don't use the extra water tho. Just extra sauce. Thanks for posting!
