Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9 glass baking dish.
  3. I use cooking spray.
  4. Spread uncooked noodles over bottom of prepared dish.
  5. Sprinkle with raisins.
  6. Whisk eggs, sour cream, butter and sugar in a large bowl util smooth.
  7. Whisk in milk and pour mixture over noodles.
  8. Let kugel stand for 5 minutes.
  9. Mix cornflakes and brown sugar in bowl.
  10. Sprinkle evenly over kugel.
  11. Bake kugel until center is set, about 1 hour.
  12. Cut into squares.
  13. Serve warm or a room temperature.
