  • Beat all cake ingredients together for two minutes (the oranges should be completely broken up.).
  • Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Mix together frosting ingredients. Spread over cooled cake.

  2. This is a family favorite. We like to bake in three 9 inch round cake pans to make a triple layer cake. Top with some coconut and you have an instant HIT!!! I have never met anyone who did not rave over this cake.
     
  3. Made this for Easter. It was a huge hit! Sent it to school in my sons lunch box and the teachers asked for the recipe. So easy to make and loved by young and old! I double it and made it into a layer cake.
     
  4. We made this for easter dinner, and it was a huge hit.we didn't drain the pineapple and it worked beautifully. It was a very moist, pretty and refreshing cake that made us feel like spring was on its way. It was a winner around the table. I am putting this one in my "favs own at home cookbook."
     
  5. I am still in middle of making this and one HUGE issue is that recipe does not indicate whether or not to DRAIN the pineapple. Of course, too much liquid or too little can make or break it. Not sure how to proceed. Winging it! (draining)
