  1. Place cream cheese in a shallow bowl.
  2. Pour Soy Sauce over the top.
  3. I usually use enough to come one third of the way up the side of the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with seeds.
  5. Serve with plain crackers or pretzels.
