Directions

  1. Bring cream, milk, salt and garlic powder to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes; reduce heat.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in pepper.
  5. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 400* for about 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
