  1. Combine nuts, raisins, and coconut.
  2. Core apples and peel the top third.
  3. Place in microwave dish.
  4. Fill center with nut mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Pour apple juice around apples.
  7. Pour syrup over apples.
  8. Cover and microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until apples are tender.
  9. If your microwave isn't a turntable, rotate the apples every 2 minutes.
