  • beat egg with fork in large mixing bowl, add sugar and bananas that have been mashed, add remaing ingredients in any order.
  • bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes in greased bread pan.

  2. Not bad for a quick and easy bread. There was no sugar mentioned in the recipe, so I guessed at 3/4 cup-- I wanted it for a breakfast bread, so not too sweet. I'd say most people would prefer1 or 1 1/2 cups. Also added a handful of raisins and used wholemeal flour in place of plain. Crispy on the outside and tender inside. Thank you!

interested in healthy cooking and eating with some fun mixed in (within reason) my cooking pet peeves are "too many cooks in the kitchen" i have 5 sisters in law along with mom, mother in law and assorted nieces and cousins when everyone is in the kitchen with me-asking for some utensil that i dont even own!!! it drives me crazy!!! i love being involved at church and spending time with my hubby, family and 2 dogs. fishing swimming and boating- wintertime we ice fish, ice skate and tobaggon for fun. so i love being around the water whether it is frozen or not.
