  1. Sauté mushrooms and onions in butter.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Sauté meat till browned.
  4. Add 2/3 tin of consume, ketchup, salt, garlic.
  5. Cover and simmer x 15 minutes.
  6. Stir flour into remaining consume.
  7. Increase heat in pan, stir in flour mixture and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  8. Add mushrooms and onion.
  9. Reduce heat and add the sour cream (do not boil after adding sour cream).
  10. Boil broad noodles, drain.
  11. Serve stroganoff over the noodles.
