Directions

  1. Saute garlic & mushrooms in butter. (I use an electric frying pan)
  2. Add meat & salt & pepper to taste. Brown meat.
  3. Meanwhile, mix rest of ingredients in bowl.
  4. After meat has lost it's pink color, add mixture from bowl & heat through. Do not boil.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
