  • 1 lb stew meat, cubed
  • 12 cup dried minced onion
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup cream cheese

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except sour cream in greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours. Add sour cream or cream cheese the last hour of cooking.
