Easy Breakfast Squares

"I came up with this as an alternative to breakfast casseroles that contain bread. A great way to use up leftover ham. Leftovers reheat nicely in the microwave."

  • Grease 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
  • Place hash browns in pan. Top with ham, vegetables and cheeses.
  • Beat eggs with half and half and salt. Pour over meat and potatoes.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
