Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion or 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

  1. Cook the broccoli in the water until tender but not mushy.
  2. Stir in onion or chives, cream of mushroom soup, milk and butter.
  3. Heat to a simmer and cook three minutes, stirring well.
  4. Add cheese and stir until it melts.
  5. Serve immediately.
