Easy Broccolini With Oyster Sauce

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces Broccolini (also called asparation or baby broccoli)
  • 1 -1 12 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Directions

  1. Wash, dry, and cut broccolini into thirds.
  2. Heat oil over high in a wok or similar type pan.
  3. Stir fry the stems first for about 3-4 minutes. You may need to turn the heat down to medium high.
  4. Add the top leaf portion, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Shut off heat and add oyster sauce, stirring to coat. Serve.
