Easy but Gorgeous Chocolate Dip

"This dip is quick and easy with a gorgeous result. It is supposed to be hard when dry (not a chocolate syrup). Use it for chocolate pretzels, glazing a doughnut, dipping crackers or biscuits, or spreading it over a cake to let it have a hard shell. YUM!"
