- 1 head cabbage
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1⁄2 soup can water
directions
- Chop cabbage.
- Brown ground beef and onion in skillet on medium heat. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Cover bottom of greased medium size casserole dish with half the cabbage.
- Add beef and onion.
- Put remaining cabbage on top of beef layer.
- Mix tomato soup and water. Pour over beef/cabbage mixture.
- Cover and bake @ 375 for about one hour.
