  • Chop cabbage.
  • Brown ground beef and onion in skillet on medium heat. Drain. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Cover bottom of greased medium size casserole dish with half the cabbage.
  • Add beef and onion.
  • Put remaining cabbage on top of beef layer.
  • Mix tomato soup and water. Pour over beef/cabbage mixture.
  • Cover and bake @ 375 for about one hour.

  1. This is basically a cabbage roll casserole. All you need to do is add cooked rice to the beef and onion mix.
