  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Pour blended ingredients into pre-made crust.
  4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Fork check.
  5. Let stand 15 minutes.
  6. Increase oven temperature to 425.
  7. Combine top layer ingredients - sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  8. Pour over baked filling.
  9. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove, cool and refrigerate.
