  1. 2/22/2018: I came across this same recipe at kraftrecipes.com. It specified using a 6 oz. graham cracker pie crust, and listed 325 degrees oven temperature. I intend to make this recipe soon, and will update at that time. I'm sure it will be delish! 3/13/2018: I made 2 of these cheesecakes over the weekend. I used 350 degree temperature for 40 minutes, and that worked out perfectly. This was the first time making this kind of pie, and I had to look it up online as to how to determine when it is done. It puffs up during baking, and falls down to the shape you're expecting while cooling. The 6 oz store bought graham cracker crust was the perfect size, and the filling fit perfectly. Very good and easy cheesecake! One tip that I found was to put the unwrapped cream cheese in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to soften before mixing. That worked out well too :)
