Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (12 ounce) canchunk cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 3 -4 lightly salted rice cakes
  • shredded lettuce (optional)

Directions

  1. Open cans.
  2. Put refried beans in bowl.
  3. Smash with fork.
  4. Put canned chicken in same bowl.
  5. Throuhly mix with beans.
  6. Heat in microwave on medium for 40 seconds if desired.
  7. After heating, spoon on rice cake.
  8. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce if desired.
