Directions

  1. Brown Bacon Bits in a large stock pot and drain leaving about 1 Tbs.
  2. of fat and the bacon in the pot.
  3. Turn the heat to Medium and sautee onion until soft.
  4. Add in chicken pieces and cook until opaque.
  5. Add in Potato Chunks.
  6. Add in Stock and Milk, if you need more milk to cover the ingredients just add a bit more.
  7. Cook until the potatoes start to fall apart and thicken the soup.
  8. Add in Corn and cook until hot.
  9. Season with Salt and Pepper to Taste.
  10. Enjoy.
