Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon curry powder
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine broccoli and chicken in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Set aside.
  3. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a bowl, pour over broccoli and chicken mixture.
  4. For topping - Miz together cheese and bread crumbs with butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
