ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce (can use low-sodium)
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
directions
- Combine ingredients in ziploc bag or glass casserole dish big enough for your chicken.
- Add chicken pieces and marinate at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
- Overnight is even better.
- Grill chicken as desired.

Have made it twice and it's absolutely delicious!(Great with pork too.) -
I just love this marinade!! Tried it on chicken breasts and legs. The whole family really enjoyed the flavor. I added a bit(1-2tsp) ground ginger and it was excellent. We will definately use it again.
