Directions

  1. Dip chicken into egg. Coat with bread crumbs.
  2. In skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  3. Cook chicken 10 minute or till done. Set aside.
  4. In same pan heat the spaghetti sauce to a boil.
  5. Return chicken to skillet. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minute or till chicken is done.
  6. Top with cheese and heat till cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with spaghetti. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
