  1. This is a fantastic recipe! I make it in the CROCKPOT all the time. I actually mix the soup with the stuffing, then layer it on top of the chicken. Cooked on low for 4 hours it is perfect and moist. And if I don't have Swiss, I just use whatever cheese I have on hand. It's a regular meal at our house.

  2. Delicious! Very easy to make and great comments from guests.

  3. Thank you for a very good recipe. When putting it together I found I only had cream of chicken w/herbs soup and haverti cheese. Turned out great. Definately will try it again.

  4. Wonderful meal! The whole family loved it.

  5. This recipe was wonderful. It was so easy to make and tasted wonderful. I used some ideas from a previous post. I used chicken broth for the stuffing with 1/4 cup of water. The stuffing turned out wonderful. I also used the healthy choice cream of mushroom soup. I accidently bought shredded swiss instead of the sliced cheese and I enjoyed that because it was covered evenly. I also put foil over the dish for the first 30 minutes of baking so it didn't burn. Will be making this again!

  1. I can't tell you how many rave reviews I've gotten on this recipe! I've made it for family and friends several times and it's a hit! It's so super quick and easy, which I love, but it is also delicious and hearty. I've also been able to get it Weight Watchers friendly by using Sargento RF Provolone and fat free soup. I also cover the dish with foil for the first half of baking so it doesn't burn and use fat free chicken broth for the stuffing instead of water. No matter what though, this is fantastic and anytime I want a guaranteed happy crowd, this is what I go to! My husband could live on it!

  2. I used mozza cheese instead of swiss (It was all I had on hand) and added some frozen vegetables. I also had already baked stuffing from another meal, so I added it about 15 minutes from the end of the cooking time. I also only had 3 chicken breasts but I pounded them with a meat tenderizer until they filled the bottom of the 8x8. When the casserole was finished baking, I let it cool a few minutes and then cut it into little square slices and served the slices on beds of mashed potatoes. This was an absolutely delicious and really easy to make (especially if you already have the stuffing) casserole. It was moist but not runny. My family adored it and that I would definately make it again.
