  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce and the mayonnaise.
  2. Add the chicken to the mixture, turning to coat.
  3. Cover the bowl and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a grill on medium heat.
  5. When the grill is hot, lightly brush the grate with oil.
  6. Place the chicken onto the grill with a thick coating of the marinade. (Discard remaining marinade.).
  7. Cook breasts for about 10 minutes on each side, or until chicken is firm and juices run clear.
