  2. I totally reversed the order of cooking this recipe.Because my huband cannot have hamburger and the rest of can. I sliced the carrots, cabbage and some onion in a stock pot along with 2 tblsps of oil. Tossed it around and added 1/2 cup water. Added the packet of flavoring from the ramen.Stir fried on medium to high heat, then add broken uncooked noodles with a cup and one half water and soy sauce. I cook the hamburger separately and add to each bowl served.

I have MS so I have home care helpers five hours a day who cook for us. Since my husband often gets home late I need to have my helpers make dishes that will easily be heated later or cooked in a crock pot. I like all kinds of different recipes. Recipezaar is great. If I ever have too much of something or strange leftovers I can always type in the items and find a way to use them. I have two grown daughters who are living in Spokane. They are great cooks too. My number one passion is Jesus Christ! I could not survive without Him. I also love flowers, food and family. :-)
