Easy Chocolate Crumb Pudding

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 unsweetened chocolate square
  • 14 cup butter
  • 12 cup milk
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 4 beaten egg yolks
  • 2 cups soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 4 egg whites

Directions

  1. In the top of double boiler,melt the chocolate.
  2. Add in the bread crumbs,almonds and salt.
  3. Combine well.
  4. Fold in the 4 stiffly beaten egg whites.
  5. Cover,steam in double boiler for 25 minutes.
  6. This can be served warm,or chilled,with whipped cream if desired.
