Easy Chocolate Fondue

“This is such a quick and easy recipe -- it looks elegant on a buffet table. I have used all sorts of dippers -- marshmallows, pound cake, fruits, etc. You can also substitute white chips for the chocolate and almond extract for the vanilla. The recipe is from Southern Living.”

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and cook until chocolate melts, stirring mixture occasionally.
  3. Pour into fondue pot, and place over fondue burner.
  4. Serve with assorted fruit or cake.
