Easy Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake Pie

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Melt chocolate in microwave 2 minutes and mix until smooth.
  • and let cool while you are mixing the cream cheese .
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition, just until blended.
  • Blend in melted chocolate and liqueur of choice.
  • Pour evenly into the pie crusts Bake for 35 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
  • You can serve as is or covered with fresh strawberries ( halved or whole),, blueberries or raspberries and glazed with seedless preserve .
  • or with whipped cream, Put bowl and beaters in freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  • whip together with chilled beaters on high 1 cup heavy cream and 2 teaspoons of sugar , 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, in a chilled bowl , for whipped cream.
