Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box white cake mix
  • 3 egg whites (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 12 cups white icing
  • 1 12 cups shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Make cake as following directions on box.
  2. Pour into two 9-inch round cake pans.
  3. Bake at 350F for 28-30 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
  4. Drain pineapple well - put on top of one layer - then put some of the icing on top of pineapple.
  5. Put the two layers together. use the remaining frosting all over the cake.
  6. Cover the entire cake with coconut.
