  • 236.59 ml sour cream
  • 240.97 g box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 29.58 ml sugar
  • 118.29 ml margarine or 118.29 ml butter
  • 233.88 g can creamed corn
  • 56.69 g canned diced jalapenos (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingrediants except butter/margarine.
  3. Melt butter/margarine in Brownie Pan (13 x 9) in oven.
  4. Pour mixture into the melted butter in the brownie pan and put in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
