Directions

  1. Place tomatoes, garlic, stock, cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons of basil into blender.
  2. Blend on soup setting or 7 minutes on high speed until hot.
  3. In the meantime, in a pot, saute the onions and paprika in the butter until onions are golden.
  4. Pour the tomato mixture into the pot.
  5. Add cream/milk, 2 teaspoons of basil, salt and pepper and sugar and cook on low stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Bon appetit!
