- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 4 -5 medium potatoes
- 2 (3 ounce) packages brown gravy mix
- 1 (3 ounce) package beef stew seasoning
- 1 onion
directions
- Place a crock pot liner in crock pot.
- Peel and chop potatoes and onion.
- Place meat and vegetables in crock pot.
- Mix gravy and seasoning mix with the water the gravy mix calls for.
- Mix with the meat and vegetables.
- Cover and cook on high 4 to 6 or on low for 6 to 8 hours.
