Ingredients Nutrition

  • 300 g cooked & peeled prawns
  • 1 (35 g) instant white sauce (I use continental instant white sauce mix)
  • 2 teaspoons keens curry powder
  • 12 cup rice

Directions

  1. Boil rice.
  2. Make up continental white sauce according to packet directions.
  3. Add curry powder to taste.
  4. Combine prawns and sauce and heat through.
  5. Serve with rice.
