Salmon is my absolutely favorite fish, and lucky enough to have a piece of wild Alaskan salmon, I tried this. Not bad. I prepared exactly as directed by the recipe. Wish I had stuck to butter, dill, and lemon. If you like a touch of sweetness in your fish, this may work for you. Thanks for offering an alternative, Natalia 3. Janey

DH and I were divided with this one.. I rated this higher than he did as I liked the very simple approach and pureness of flavours. Hubby said he wanted something crisper and saltier (yes, I did add the salt.. so where does that come from,??? who knows !) Ok... the shallots I thought I had in my cupboard turned out to actually be small red onions and I don't think that that made any real difference to the over all flavour, I liked it very much. Obviously personal preferance is everything, and I will be making this again for myself. Please see my rating system: a lovely 4 stars for an easy, simple and yummy recipe:) Thanks!
