Easy Fat-Free Pineapple Cake

"Ridiculously easy! Only two ingredients. Delicious and light., I think this must have originally come from either Dole or Duncan Hines but it works every time. A friend gave me the recipe"

  1. Fantastic recipe. I've never made an angel food cake before. Boxed or scratch. This was so easy and very tasty. The only problem I had was with the pan. I only had a bundt pan, and that clearly is a bit smaller than what I should have been using. It overflowed, making for a bit of a mess in the oven. Oh well...better go get me the proper thing :) This is such a light and wonderful dessert. I served it with some whipped cream. Thanks so much Ivy for posting such a great recipe.

  2. I'm giving this 5 stars because I typically don't like boxed angel food cake but this was wonderful. So moist! The pineapple flavor was excellent. Next time I'll have some whipped cream to go along with it.
