Easy Fat-Free Pineapple Cake

ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box duncan hines angel food cake
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
directions
- Dump both ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Pour into an angel food cake pan. Do not grease the pan!
- Bake according to package directions for plain angel food cake.or until toothpick comes out clean and top is golden brown.
- Cool and remove from pan by placing hole over a bottle upside down.

Fantastic recipe. I've never made an angel food cake before. Boxed or scratch. This was so easy and very tasty. The only problem I had was with the pan. I only had a bundt pan, and that clearly is a bit smaller than what I should have been using. It overflowed, making for a bit of a mess in the oven. Oh well...better go get me the proper thing :) This is such a light and wonderful dessert. I served it with some whipped cream. Thanks so much Ivy for posting such a great recipe.
