Easy Fudge

64 squares of fudge
ingredients
- 3 cups icing sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 1⁄4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup hard butter or 1 cup margarine, cut into small chunks
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pecan halves (optional)
directions
- Measure icing sugar and cocoa into ungreased two-quart casserole dish. Do not stir. Add evaporated milk and margarine. Do not stir. Cook, uncovered on high in microwave for about 3 1/2 minutes until butter is melted. Add vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Turn into foil-lined 8x8-inch pan.
- Place in freezer 40 minutes, then refrigerate. Cut into 64 squares. Top each square with pecan half, if desired.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
