  1. Wash Zucchini, cut in half horizontally, then cut into 8 lengthwise pieces for each half (16 in total).
  2. Mix olive oil, onion salt and pepper with zucchini in bowl, covering zucchini completely.
  3. Spray cooking spray into frying pan. Allow to heat on medium heat for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic. Allow to simmer for less then 30 seconds.
  5. Add splash of white wine, allow to simmer for another 30 seconds.
  6. Add 1/4 cup of water, then zucchini.
  7. Cover and let steam for about 5 -7 minutes.
