Easy Gluten Free Bread

“Super easy and fun to make. Don't get discouraged, it doesn't "golden brown" like real bread, but it tastes great! It won't really RISE, but the baking powder helps the best it can. Don't use all brown rice flour or the bread will be too mushy. Use a mixture of brown rice and white rice flour. You can add cheese or cinnamon and/or spices to make a "cinnamon" recipe. *Make in small batches because after a few days it gets crumbly. You can freeze the loaves after you bake them, then let them thaw (NOT IN THE FRIDGE!) and then you can heat it up and it's like you just baked it!* You may want to double or triple the recipe if you want to slice it up and use it for sandwiches or toast.”
