  • Press and drain tofu.
  • Add oil and minced garlic to a large frying pan.
  • Cut tofu into small squares and saute until brown.
  • Snap asparagus and add to pan.
  • Dice apricots.
  • When asparagus is almost cooked , add apricots .
  • Mix with cooked pasta and butter.
  • Salt to taste and serve immediately.
