  1. I'd never thought to use soup for gravy, but it worked great! Loved the addition of Worcestershire, added a great tang! Definitely a great recipe when you need gravy in minutes!

  2. Worked out well as a last minute holiday gravy. I didn't have worchestire sauce but added a touch of soy and various seasonings.

  3. Worked perfectly in a pinch for my cornbread chicken dressing. I used what I had: Cream of chicken with herbs, only used 10oz water, added a dash of Herbs de Provence, Old Bay seasoning, and black pepper. It was so good that I saved it into my “holiday recipes” and will absolutely use it again and again! Thank you!

  4. I liked this a lot! I used no salt added broth and cream of mushroom soup. I added 1/2 tsp of herbs de Provence, a tsp of black pepper blend, and a touch of red pepper flakes. Gonna try with sausage for biscuits and gravy.

  5. I would've rated this Recipe higher, but I am a Kidney Patient that Cannot have a lot of salt &. It. Was Too Salty For My Taste·Buds, so I added more flour and just plane Water [{&}] totally Eliminated the Worcestershire Sauce, so that made it Perfect for me...??Thanks For Posting This Recipe; It's Very Flavorful.

Tweaks

  1. I made this using cream of chicken soup and beef boullion because I didn't have chicken broth and a bit of soy sauce instead of Worcestershire. I also added browned chicken strips and served over potatoes. Turned out great! Thanks!
