Just Wonderful! I used half panko and half breadcrumbs. I had to tent the chicken towards the end of cooking time because it was getting too dark. Next time I will just cook the chicken in the lower half of the oven. I think that will help keep the chicken from getting soggy on the bottom too. I LOVED the flavor on the chicken, but thought the Greek seasoning I used was a little to salty. Thank you so much, your recipe is delicious!

The bread crumb mix makes a lot for 5-6 drumsticks, you could easily cut it back by 1/2 or make more drumsticks. The flavours are quite subtle and kid friendly. I did not use a ziplock bag but made the mix in a deep plate and spooned the mixture over the chicken in the plate. I made these drumsticks on the BBQ which worked well and shortened the cooking time. Made for PAC Fall 2009

I tried very hard for a few years to learn how to cook well. Unfortunately, cooking is just not my forte, but I still enjoy it and often find inpiration here.
