Directions

  1. Place tenderloins in a freezer bag with equal parts soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
  3. Remove and add pepper.
  4. Cook on the grill until done and then let it rest.
  5. Slice into medallions and serve over seasoned rice.
  6. Great with asparagus and baked potato.
